In my art-making I explore my personal history and how humans interact with nature through time. I strive to combine my life experiences, myth making, and a past career in environmental consulting.  I want to illustrate how natural communities survive, evolve, and adapt by following ecological principles and processes.  How stories handed down in various cultures have helped humans make sense of their place within the natural environment.  Both offer insights for the present and future.
